After a long period of preparation, Dongjin Company held a grand SAP project kickoff meeting at 10:30 am on November 24, 2016 in the company's conference room. The company's general manager Peng Wenguang, IT manager Nie Dongshou, key management of various departments, SAP project manager Ma Bixia, and implementation consultant Zheng Minhong attended the kickoff meeting. The convening of this meeting marked the official start of the comprehensive implementation of the SAP project by the company.

The meeting first presented the SAP project outline by the company's general manager:
The SAP project is a strategic development requirement of the company, which has been approved by the board of directors and invested heavily. It uses internationally leading SAP software to create a unified information management platform for the company, forming multi-channel, multi format, collaborative linkage, and achieving company integration. The project aims to achieve five major goals:
1: Unified Business Management System
2: Connect with industry benchmarks
3: Enhance key business capabilities
4: Enhance comprehensive decision support
5: Cultivate team and cultural development
I hope to integrate SAP information system and TS16949 into a system to implement the company's strategic planning.

Subsequently, SAP project manager Ma Bixia made a speech, stating that the project is both an opportunity and a challenge. The SAP implementation team will strive to deliver a satisfactory answer to the company with a positive attitude and wholehearted commitment. She also expressed that the SAP implementation team will fully cooperate and actively promote the implementation of the project. She firmly believes that with SAP management software as a carrier, the company will be able to achieve a transformation from a traditional commercial enterprise to a modern commercial enterprise.

Finally, Nie Dongshou, the IT manager of the company, put forward several requirements:
1: Highly valued. Leaders at all levels, departments, and units of the company should work together and provide full support to jointly promote the implementation and landing of the project.
2: Fully committed. The project team not only needs to deeply learn and understand the essence of SAP system, but also needs to do a good job in the transformation and training of future systems.
3: Combining reality and virtuality. We should not only combine solidification and optimization, but also respect the progressiveness of SAP software, and combine it with the actual situation of the enterprise.
In short, it is essential to attach great importance to and fully invest in ensuring the successful launch and implementation of the SAP project.
